dreamers

We dreamt of empires
Giant walls built inexplicably
We foresaw victories
Warlords and knights in fires 

We determined futures
Of greatness and glory
We mapped journeys
Of adventure and song

We imagined family 
Knit by the hand of God
We drew houses 
Tailor made for us 

We are dreamers
